These terms apply to purchases from the Stay Coastal shop at staycoastalirb.com/shop (“we,” “us”). By placing an order, you agree to them.
Orders
Products are printed to order by our fulfillment partner. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price is listed in error, or we suspect fraud. Once production starts, an order can’t be canceled or changed.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes won’t affect orders you’ve already placed.
Payment
Payments are processed securely by WooPayments. We accept major cards, and we also offer Afterpay and Klarna. Afterpay and Klarna purchases are also subject to those providers’ own terms. We never see or store your full card number.
Production and shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. Production and delivery times shown on the site are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control are not our responsibility. Once your package ships, it’s your responsibility to make sure the shipping address you gave us is correct.
Returns and refunds
See our Refund & Returns Policy.
Product details
We try to show colors and designs accurately, but your screen may show colors differently, and printed items can vary slightly from one to the next.
Our designs
All Stay Coastal designs, logos, text, and images on this site belong to Stay Coastal IRB. Buying a product doesn’t give you any right to copy, resell, or reproduce our designs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Pinellas County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place your order applies to that order.
